No power, a burning smell, or a panel that is warm to the touch — please call rather than email. That is an attendance, not an appointment. Everything else gets a same-day callback.
Call
(249) 449-2992Burning smell or a hot panel? Shut off the main breaker, then call.
What to have ready
- The town, and whether the property is on a municipal service or a private well.
- Roughly when the building was put up, and whether it has had an addition.
- A photograph of the panel with the door open, and the number on the main breaker or the main fuse.
- Whether this is being asked for by an insurer, a lender or a purchase agreement, and the deadline if there is one.
- For anything at the water: how the dock is built, and whether it floats.
Service area
Call, do not email, if
- There is no power to part of the building and the breaker will not reset.
- Anything smells like burning plastic, or a panel, outlet or switch is warm to the touch.
- There is a visible spark, scorch mark or melted plastic at an outlet or panel.
- A service mast or overhead line has been pulled loose — call your distributor first, then us.
- Water has reached a panel, a subpanel or a dock feed.
